General Purpose:


Answer incoming calls from customers to take orders, answer inquiries and questions, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems and provide information.


Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Answer calls and respond to emails Handle customer inquiries both telephonically
        and by email Research required information using available resources.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints.
  • Provide customers with product and service information.
  • Enter new customer information into system.
  • Update existing customer information Process orders, forms and applications.
  • Follow up customer calls where necessary.
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
  • Complete call logs.
  • Produce call reports.

Job Requirements:

  • Not less than 2 years experience.
  • 1 year experience in the middle management.
  • Tourism or Flight experience is a must.
  • Previous call centre experience.
  • Amadeus or Online hotel reservation systems user.
  • Fluent in English.

About the Job


Main Duties:


  • Implements marketing and advertising campaigns by assembling and analyzing sales forecasts, preparing marketing
        and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives, planning and organizing promotional presentations; updating calendars.
  • Tracks service line sales and costs by analyzing and entering sales, expense, and new business data.
  • Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data.
  • Supports sales staff by providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, account analyses, new service information;
        relaying customer services requests.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent (Marketing graduated preferred).

About the Job


Main Duties:


  • Provide leadership and vision to the Company by assisting the CEO and staff with the development of long range
        and annual plans, and with the evaluation and reporting of progress on plans.
  • Analysis documents and proposals as needed to assist the Company in determining and meeting its long and short term goals.
  • Manage advertising opportunities in other theatre program, press and at venues.
  • Organize the availability of company members for PR events as necessary.
  • Oversee content, Service and distribution of all marketing and publicity materials (posters, program, flyers, mail outs, brochures etc)
        with staff designer and project manager.
  • Co-ordinate the invitation of potential future promoters and supporters of the company.
  • Provide recommendations regarding investments and cash strategies.
  • Provide vision and leader ship in long - range fiscal planning to ensure the continuity and solvency of the company.
  • Insure meeting weekly/monthly production and annual budget plan.
  • Ensure client and vendor file integrity (documents, analytical information where required, communication notations, etc.).
  • Assist in development of forms and tools to increase company efficiency and risk management.

Working conditions:

  • Salary: Basic + Commission ( Negotiable).

  • Experience 7-10 years in the same industry (GCC Market preferred).
